  The Entomological Society of Egypt has been founded in view to encourage and promote all aspects of entomological studies and research. Its official publication is the Bulletin of the Entomological Society of Egypt, which appears in one volume once a year.

  Moreover, the Society issues the Bulletin of the Entomological Society of Egypt, Economic Series, which usually appears also once a year, but occasionally and less frequently, in addition to the series Memoires appears at irregular intervals.
  Members pay an admission fee of 20 pounds and an annual subscription of ten pounds due on the first of January of each year.
  Members or Institutions in foreign countries pay an admission fee of 30 U.S. Dollars and an annual subscription of 10 U.S. Dollars.

  All Society members who pay their annual fees are entitled to receive the publications of the Society free of charge.

  All authors of papers submitted for publication should be members of the Society. A publication fee of 25 pounds (for work conducted in Egypt) or 25 U.S. Dollars (for work conducted abroad) is to be paid for each page of the paper at the time of its submission to the Society. The least fee of publication is 200 pounds or 200 U.S. Dollars.
